We booked last minute and loved it! Melanie was very responsive and accommodating. The condo was perfect for my family. Very comfortable beds were a bonus! Also, it was right across the street from the Kihei boat ramp. Thank you Melanie for everything!

This is the perfect spot especially if you are taking a trip with any of the tour operators out of the harbor! We dove with the Maui Diamond and it was perfect

This stay was perfect. The check in instructions were clear, and the directions to the actual condo were easy to follow. They had dishes and cutlery available to use which was super convenient for my group, as we cooked our own food the majority of the time. The proximity to turtle beach is great, and they even had some goggles, sand toys, and beach chairs available for use. Both hosts were kind, communicative, and gave wonderful recommendations.

This spot was perfectly located and appointed and the perfect size. Within walking distance of all resort amenities and restaurants, and one of the most beautiful and quiet (non-touristy, at least in March) beach walks / hikes on the island (to Kahuku point and beyond - extraordinary wildlife viewing including rare birds, seals, whales and turtles). Melanie and Neil were extremely thoughtful and responsive, particularly to getting louder neighbors to quiet down almost immediately :) (which I appreciated since I had early birdwatching mornings every day of the trip). They had excellent communication including a guide book and local tips. Really also appreciated the supply tennis rackets, snorkel gear, extra beach towels, makeup towels, and hair dryer, etc. The teal colors and lighting in the room made for an even more comforting experience. Cannot recommend more highly!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The location by the beach is unbeatable, and having access to two different pools was a huge hit with the kids. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the neighbors we encountered were incredibly kind. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

Melanie and her condo were both wonderful. She is an attention to detail owner, while the condo is beautifully detailed and filled with all the toys and necessities one needs for a magnificent Maui vacation. We stayed a week, had perfect weather; the ocean temperature was 78 degrees. The condo has lovely ceiling fans, screen doors, and perfect AC systems in each of the rooms. We used the washer/dryer, dishwasher, and the warm showers in both bathrooms. Everything was to our liking, and everything worked perfectly. Melanie answered all of our questions prior to the visit. She checked in and sent us the info about closing up the property, so all the info was at easy access, as well as easy instructions to follow. Thank you, Melanie, for sharing your home with us. This condo was the perfect place for our recent visit to Maui. The place was comfortable and clean — great for a relaxing vacation. We really liked that it was close to the beach and lots of other things to see and do in Kihei. Highly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this condo! It looked exactly like the picture, very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and we especially appreciated having plenty of towels and beach gear. The balcony was lovely with a great view. The location is also very convenient, with cafes and the beach just a 10–15 minute walk away. We absolutely loved everything about our stay and would highly recommend it!

The condo was a great home base for my family of 5 during our first visit to Maui. Everything we wanted to do was very drivable. Watching the turtles from the balcony everyday was amazing. My family enjoyed snorkeling from the beach and we appreciated the beach chairs and coolers! We would definitely stay here again!!

Beautifully located and cozy, this is a perfect spot from which to explore Turtle Bay and the rest of O'ahu's North Shore. It's a short walk to the Ritz-Carlton resort, with its spectacular reef-protected sandy beach and excellent bar and restaurants. Highly recommended.
