Are you traveling with teenagers, grandparents or another couple? Our adjacent units in Kuilima Estates are perfect for you! Unit 1 offers a cozy suite with a queen bed, en-suite bathroom, flat screen TV, and kitchenette. Unit 2 features a spacious 1-bedroom loft with a queen bed, full-sized bed, half bath, and workspace for remote work. Unit 2 boasts a newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all cooking essentials. The downstairs bathroom also underwent luxurious renovations, including a shower and bathtub. After a day of exploration, unwind on the large U-shaped sofa in the living room. A full-sized washer and dryer are available for your laundry needs, allowing you to pack light. Heading to the beach? No worries—we provide beach towels, chairs, and sand toys for your convenience.

Other Details to Note

Your reservation includes two adjacent spaces with separate entrances. The first space is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit featuring a kitchenette and a dedicated workspace. The second space is a 1-bedroom loft with a full kitchen, living room, 1.5 bathrooms, and a washer/dryer. Please note that the interior spaces of these two units are not interconnected, providing privacy and distinct living areas.

We loved staying here! I was a little hesitant to stay at Turtle Bay because it felt too far out of the way but being so close to both the windward side and north shore was amazing. Depending on the weather and waves we would adjust which side we went to and great beaches on both sides were less than 10 minutes away. It’s also really nice to be able to stay out of the traffic in Haleiwa if you want. Being close to the PCC was great with kids. In the past we stayed far away and it’s not quite worth driving there multiple days but at Turtle Bay it’s really close so we would do the beach in the morning then the PCC in the afternoon/evening. The pool at the condo was super fun and always clean too!

We went to Turtle Bay for my husband’s Birthday. He wanted to spend time watching the big waves! Oahu did not disappoint! Lots of local places to eat and friendly folks in town, easy to get around.

This place is just STUNNING! The pictures depict exactly what it looks like. A fun surprise was the adjoining suite being connected to the main. You can make it private or accessible. Neil and Melanie gave very clear instructions w some nice recommendations (which were spot on and appreciated). It’s a quiet, peaceful and beautiful setting inside and out. The pool was SO close and really nice. My teenagers absolutely LOVED the loft room and the AC unit up there made for a super comfy respit and sleep. In August we were surprised at how cool it stayed in the main unit. The design is so pleasing and all of the little touches made it that much more special. Such a silly thing to mention but I loved the placement of the large full length mirror btwn the kitchen and living room both for design and use. The woodwork island and ceiling touches are quite stunning. We’d come back in a heartbeat!! Thanks for having us. P.S. Roy’s at the Beachhouse is SO worth the visit. :)

Great location within the Turtle Bay community. The condo was clean and comfortable and having the adjoining studio was a real bonus. Neil is a great host who is always available and who responded immediately to any questions we posed. Would love to return here again . Thank you.
